• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Create, update, and maintain records and databases.
• Update office policies and procedures.
• Schedule the company calendar and update as needed.
• Prepare reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures
• Prepare correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize.
• Graduate/Diploma with minimum 1 year of experience.
