Pre Contract duties:

• Estimation and Take of quantities and preparation of BOQ.
• Preparation of estimates for Initial budget proposals for the cost of the project.
• Maintain the vendor records.
• Estimate quantity and costs of materials.
• Sending RFQ to the suppliers and get the Quotations.
• Attend the Pre Tender meeting.
• Undertake cost analysis for MEP, repair and maintenance project work
• Prepare and Analyse costings for tenders.
• Prepare commercial and technical offer for the Tenders.
• Advise accounts to arrange the Tender Bond.
• Performing the site visit and observe the accurate site conditions for the estimation.
• Maintain awareness of the different building contracts in current use.
• Prepare, Maintain and report the status of current tender status.
• Preparing the Initial MS project/primavera plan for Tender submission.

Post Contract duties :

• Attend the pose tender and project kick off meetings.
• Preparation of project budget for the each item to procurement team.
• Preparation of Project Organization chart.
• Preparation of PQD and get approval from client.
• Take out the accurate Quantities for the procurement after contract award.
• Advise on a procurement strategy.
• Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
• Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks
• Perform risk, value management and cost control
• Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports
• Value completed work and arrange payments.
• Invoice preparation and submission.
• Allocate work to subcontractors.
• Provide advice on contractual claims
• Preparation of contractual letters.
• EOT preparing and submission.
• Preparation of rate analysis for variation orders.
• Verification of contractor's running & final bills as per contract condition.
• Physical measurement of quantities and tracking the productivity.

• Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies
• FIDIC Contract management.
• Preparation of QS Report and Monthly Cash Flow.
• Preparation of final jobs close out report and analyzing with theoretical quantities verses actual quantities and preparation of as built drawings.

Requirements :

• Need Male candidate
• BE. In Electrical Engineering
• 4-8 Years of Experience in MEP Field
• Need Indian National
