IRATA Rope Access LEVEL 3 Technician

Job Location : Qatar

Salary Range : QAR 10,000 to 12,000/- PM. (Maximum)

Job Description :

• Ensure implementation of Rope Access Operating Procedure as per IRATA requirement.
• Fully responsible for all Rope Access activities will be carry out by SGS Qatar.
• Update and prepare documents required for IRATA auditing.
• Ensuring suitability and operational safety of all equipment.
• Liaising with clients and rope access teams to ensure scope of job is understood and well executed.
• Maintain and develop excellent relationships with our customer base and potential new business opportunities.
• Managing and ensuring performance of Rope Technicians.
• To Train Rope Access L-3 supervisors and 2 & 1 to meet IRATA audit requirements.
• Prepare Risk Assessments and SWMS.
• Arrange IRATA training to new Rope Technicians and for those need re-training.
• Utilizing specialized knowledge of “IRATA Rope Access Procedures” to execute projects from inception through to completion.
• Ensure the efficient operation and coordination of daily operations with regard to rope access services.
• Coordinating all Rope Access personnel to meet project requirements; assisting Business Development Department in evaluating new and existing business opportunities; managing department resources, budgets including staffing, training, and performance management and development.

Requirements :

• Rope Access Technician Level-3 with minimum 05 years of post-certification experience.
