Duties & Responsibilities :

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos & forms
• Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Be keen to details and able to work indepedently with minimal supervision
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Requirements :

• Preferably have work experience in GCC as receptionist
• Good in Written & Verbal Communication
• Telephone Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Multitasking & Time Management Skills, with the ability to prioritize task
• Accuracy & Attention to Detail
• Professionalism
