Large IT Project Management Company headquartered in Jeddah, with business spread across MENA URGENTLY requires Operations Manager.

The Operations Manager has the primary responsibility of leading the day-to-day business and provide the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. Operations Manager will be responsible to create standardized protocols to prioritize accountability and performance management.


Duties and Responsibilities:
-Provide day-to-day leadership and management to an organization with business segment in Information Technology that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the company.
-Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures and set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
-Assist the President/CEO in overseeing the Corporation’s achievement and maintenance of a satisfactory competitive position within its industry.
-As a turnaround specialist, brings bottom-line expertise as well as refreshing and energetic approach to corporate advance across business units/divisions.
-Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.
-Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external. Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company.
-Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes for startup units or new business ventures.
-Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to stabilize and accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization.
-Motivate and lead a high-performance management team; attract, recruit and retain required members of the executive team not currently in place; provide mentoring as a cornerstone to the management career development program.
-Act as lead "client-care officer" through direct contact with every client and partner.
-Assist, as required, in raising additional capital at appropriate valuations to enable the Company to meet sales, growth, and market share objectives. Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
-Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
-Develop and execute an integrated go-to-market plan for the product, including feature roll-out, product/service positioning, and routes to market.
-Oversee contract negotiation and legal activities: client contracts, partnership agreements, vendor contracts, and other legal documents.
-Represent the firm with clients, investors, business partners, community leaders, government and organizations of business interest with us.


Education:
-Master’s degree in business or related field.
-PMP Certified and relevant educational background in Financial/Economic or Cost Management.
-At least eight to ten years in a senior management role.


Experience:
Atleast 10 to 12 years experience in a leadership role with a mid- to large-size IT Company.
