Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and service requests, including complex cases and escalations.
Manage customer enquiries, fault reports, and complaints through complete end-to-end resolution processes.
Ensure all customer interactions comply with organizational quality standards, policies, and operational procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
Maintain accurate records including call logs, service reports, and customer interaction documentation in CRM systems.
Support outbound campaigns, customer surveys, and feedback collection initiatives.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to new joiners and trainees within the customer service team.
Assist supervisors with operational duties and provide support during peak workload periods.
Achieve daily operational targets including case closure, call handling, and email response metrics.
Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach in all interactions.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) required.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Customer Service Representative or Contact Center Agent.
Experience in handling customer complaints, service requests, and escalation management.
Technical Skills
Basic to intermediate PC skills including office productivity tools.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service platforms.
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and call records.
Professional Skills
Strong customer service and complaint handling skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer enquiries simultaneously.
Ability to work flexible shifts and meet performance targets.
