Job Position – Business Development Executive / Manager
Location : Dubai / Abu Dhabi
Professionals (3–15 years’ experience) to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be skilled at spotting opportunities, engaging senior executives, and delivering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
UAE Driving License & Consulting Experience Mandatory
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across markets and industries
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective networking and rapport-building
Promote and cross-sell company services to meet client objectives
Prepare proposals and support in securing new business deals
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and growth areas
What We’re Looking For:
Proven B2B sales / business development experience (Consulting, Banking & Insurance, IT, or Services sector preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
