Job Title: Site Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Engineering Graduate in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
2–5 years of experience in construction or project execution
Familiarity with project management software and construction drawings
Requirements:
Knowledge of construction procedures, material, and project management
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Good communication and team coordination abilities
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage on-site construction activities
Ensure projects are executed according to designs, specifications, and safety standards
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients
Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and quality control records
Monitor resource usage and project timelines
