We are looking for an experienced Operations Sr. Manager to lead operations and drive new business development in the Cleaning, Security, and Facilities Management sector in Kuwait.
The role involves managing service operations, securing new contracts, handling tender processes, and building client relationships to support business growth.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in Operations / FM / Cleaning / Security services
• Proven experience in tendering and winning service contracts
• Strong knowledge of the Kuwait / GCC market
• Strong leadership and business development skills
