PA / Executive Secretary
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel plans
• Handle calls, emails, and confidential correspondence
• Prepare reports, meeting agendas, and minutes
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Support day-to-day executive administrative tasks efficiently
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience as a PA/Executive Secretary
• Must be available in the UAE
• Immediate joining preferred
