Al Masaood Energy is currently looking for a well-organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join its team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for professionals who have strong coordination and administrative skills and can effectively support sales operations within a fast-paced business environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting the sales team with day-to-day operational tasks, managing order processes, and maintaining communication with internal departments such as procurement and warehouse teams. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
The Sales Coordinator will also play a key role in preparing sales documentation, handling RFQs, and ensuring that order processing and reporting activities are completed accurately and on time. This position is suitable for someone who enjoys working collaboratively with different departments and contributing to overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on open purchase orders and maintain updated logs within the ERP system.
Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure availability of stock and timely deliveries.
Provide operational support to the sales team for daily sales-related activities.
Maintain and organize the office filing system to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
Process EOI (Expression of Interest) and manage the registration of QR in the ERP system.
Handle assigned RFQs (Request for Quotations) and work closely with the sales team to determine selling prices.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the sales department.
Process customer orders while ensuring accuracy and timely handling.
Inform clients about any unexpected delays or operational issues affecting order fulfillment.
Monitor team progress, identify operational gaps, and recommend improvements where necessary.
Assist with the preparation and organization of promotional materials, campaigns, or events.
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the department manager when required.
