Job Title: Supervisor
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma/ Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 2 years of experience in Timber Factory – mandatory
Strong technical knowledge related to timber production and machinery
Requirements:
Ability to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced factory environment
Good knowledge of timber processing, production workflows, and machinery
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to enforce safety standards and quality controls
