Job Title: Cost Controller
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in Finance, Accounting, or Quantity Surveying
Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in cost control, budgeting, and financial management
Experience in the Natural Stone / Marble industry preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of cost control processes, budgeting, and project accounting
Experience in monitoring project costs, material usage, and labor expenditures
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare detailed cost reports
Familiarity with UAE/GCC construction or manufacturing projects preferred
Proficiency in cost control software, Excel, and ERP systems
Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
