Job Title: Project Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Post Graduate in Engineering, Project Management, or related field; PMP certification preferred
Minimum 5–10 years of experience managing projects in retail, facilities, or construction, preferably with store projects and maintenance
Responsibilities:
Oversee all store projects and maintenance activities from planning to execution
Coordinate with mall management for necessary approvals, permits, and compliance requirements
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
Develop project schedules, track progress, and report on milestones
Manage vendors, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project objectives
Implement process improvements and maintain high standards of quality and safety
Resolve project issues and risks proactively to ensure smooth delivery
