Job Title: Front Office Administrator

Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Graduate in Administration, Management, or related field
Previous experience working in UAE schools is highly preferred

Requirements:
Prior experience in front office administration, preferably in a school environment
Must be able to join immediately
Strong knowledge of administrative procedures, school operations, and office management
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic school management software

Responsibilities:
Manage the school’s front office, including reception, inquiries, and visitor management
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
Maintain student and staff records, attendance, and documentation
Coordinate with teachers, parents, and administration teams for smooth operations
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and office organization
Support school events, meetings, and communications as needed
