Previous experience working in UAE schools is highly preferred

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic school management software
Responsibilities:
Manage the school’s front office, including reception, inquiries, and visitor management
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
Maintain student and staff records, attendance, and documentation
Coordinate with teachers, parents, and administration teams for smooth operations
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and office organization
Support school events, meetings, and communications as needed
