Job Title: Senior Construction Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Post Graduate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure sectors
Requirements:
Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles
Proven experience in planning, executing, and completing projects on time, within scope, and within budget
Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills
Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and MS Office
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities
