HR & Admin Assistant
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities include:
• Handling end-to-end administrative and HR operations within the organization.
• Maintaining employee records, HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Preparing reports, policies, and formal HR documents as needed.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and other HR-related processes.
• Managing data, tracking HR metrics, and generating reports using Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Assisting senior HR staff with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements include:
• 2–3 years of experience in HR and administrative operations in the UAE.
• Excellent MS Office skills, with advanced Excel proficiency for reporting and data management.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to draft policies, reports, and formal documents.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Immediate availability to join the organization.
