Position: HSE Inspector / HSE Assistant (Entry Level)
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Facilities Management / MEP / Building Maintenance is an advantage
Qualification: Diploma in Engineering (3 Years) with NEBOSH / IOSH Certification preferred
Salary: AED 4000 to 7000 (estimated)
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
Site Safety Inspections: Conduct routine inspections across facilities and maintenance sites to identify potential hazards and safety risks.
Safety Awareness: Organize and deliver toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions to educate workers on safe working practices.
Incident Management: Assist in reporting workplace incidents, supporting investigations, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Workplace Monitoring: Ensure that maintenance, MEP, and operational activities follow established safety guidelines and procedures.
Compliance Support: Help maintain compliance with company policies and local safety regulations while contributing to a strong safety culture.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Diploma in Engineering (3-year program) or an equivalent technical qualification.
Safety Certification: NEBOSH or IOSH certification is preferred and considered a strong advantage.
Industry Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in Facilities Management, MEP, or Building Maintenance environments will be beneficial.
Attention to Safety: Strong awareness of workplace safety practices and willingness to promote a safe working culture.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate safety procedures clearly and work effectively with site teams and management.
