Qualifications & Experience:
High School / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or relevant field
2–5 years of experience as a Foreman in construction projects
Preferred Experience:
High-end villas projects
Mid-rise buildings (G+6 to G+20)
Office fit-out projects
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of construction processes, site operations, and labor management
Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications
Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Understanding of safety standards and compliance requirements
Ability to monitor and manage daily site activities efficiently
