Job Description :
• Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment initiatives from sourcing initial interviews setting up schedules and onboarding procedures
• Drafting and preparing Appointment Offer Letter Responsible for the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for employees
• Maintain employees leave records Leave calculation Leave rules
• End of Services for all employees on resignation terminations as per UAE Labour Law
• Preparing all required documents for Labour contract renewal
