Responsibilities:
Provide application support for Patient Administration functions such as patient registration, appointment booking, and related workflows.
Provide application support for the end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process including billing, insurance processing, and claim submission.
Liaise with application vendors for issue resolution, system enhancements, and upgrades.
Perform technical and functional testing for new application features, enhancements, and updates.
Manage and maintain RCM-related master data within the system.
Manage and support system integrations such as Shafafiya and Malaffi.
Assist business teams with revenue data validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
The ideal candidate should have:
Hands-on experience supporting RCM workflows in InterSystems TrakCare.
A strong understanding of UAE healthcare revenue cycle processes, including insurance and claims workflows.
Sound knowledge of ITIL-based IT support processes, including incident management, change management, and go-live planning.
Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong follow-up skills, and effective email communication.
Preferred Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years experience of working with TrakCare within UAE healthcare Environment
