Engineering Graduates/PG in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
2–7 years experience in construction or infrastructure projects
UAE experience preferred
Requirements:
Prepare and review bills of quantities and project estimates
Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams
Assist in contract preparation, tendering, and procurement processes
Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments
Prepare financial reports and progress updates for management
