Bid Coordinator / Graphic Designer
Role Overview: Support the Pre-Contract team in preparing high-quality bid submissions, proposals, and tender documents. This role combines proposal coordination, document preparation, and graphic design.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze RFP documents and client instructions.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for submissions.
Draft and edit proposals and company profiles.
Design visually engaging proposals and presentations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
3–5 years’ experience in bid coordination or graphic design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign).
