Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files in accordance with company policies.
Coordinate and process visa applications, labour cards, Emirates ID renewals, and other government-related documentation.
Handle employee requests such as salary certificates, employment letters, and experience certificates.
Support payroll preparation by verifying attendance records, leave balances, and employee data.
Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave tracking, and HR system updates.
Assist in implementing performance management processes, including performance reviews and appraisals.
Prepare HR reports, employee statistics, and HR documentation for management review.
Coordinate employee training programs and development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
Handle employee queries and provide HR guidance when required.
Assist management with HR planning, policy updates, and operational improvements.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of HR experience in the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR procedures
Experience managing HR operations for 50+ employees
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
