Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Graduate / Engineering Graduates in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with 3–7 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and project management
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation
Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office
Ability to prepare bills of quantities, tender documents, and cost reports
Good understanding of contracts, procurement, and legal aspects
Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills
