Key Responsibilities
Manage commercial and contractual aspects of high-rise construction projects.
Oversee contract administration, cost control, and project financial performance.
Prepare and manage contract documentation, claims management, and risk assessments.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with contract terms and commercial policies.
Monitor project budgets, procurement costs, and contract variations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
10–15 years of experience in commercial or contract management within construction.
Proven experience managing high-rise or tower projects.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and commercial risk management.
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Salary: Up to AED 30,000 per month
