Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field
1–3 years of experience in front desk, guest services, or customer service in hotels or resorts
Requirements:

Good knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems
Ability to handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally

Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software
