Responsibilities:
Plan, direct and coordinate sales activities to drive revenue growth and profitability in alignment with Sales objectives.
Targets potential leads and pursuits, plans and selects most appropriate sales strategies and approaches.
Explores and grows the client account list, deals incoming leads and ending sales, initiates action plan to advance and procure new business for the company.
Coordinating with all internal departments of the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide end to end pre sales support to NOVA’s new business and add on pursuits thereby meeting the pursuit submission timelines.
Constantly update opportunities on the CRM thus allowing accurate forecasting.
Qualifications:
Experience: 7+years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanics or a related field
System Experience: Sales Support Functions experienced in working with national or international organizations in the context of (Fire Fighting, Life Safety) products and Services.
