System Analyst
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear functional and system specifications.
• Provide support for system operations, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Prepare detailed documentation such as functional specifications, system documents, and impact analysis reports.
• Collaborate with business users, third‑party vendors, and internal IT teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
• Support ITIL‑based processes including incident, problem, and change management.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track defects, and validate system enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to banking security standards, policies, and audit requirements.
Requirements :
• 2–4 years of experience as a System Analyst / Business Systems Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications such as ITIL or in Business Analysis are highly preferred.
• Good understanding of application support, system integrations, and data flow processes.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Hands‑on experience in troubleshooting and analyzing system issues.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Additional Requirements :
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
• Prior experience in the banking or financial services domain is highly preferred.
