Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily civil works at project sites
Monitor construction, repair, and maintenance activities across club facilities
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Manage site labor, subcontractors, and material usage
Conduct site inspections and report progress to management
Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and risks
Ensure proper documentation (daily reports, work permits, checklists)
Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and other departments
Ensure adherence to UAE construction regulations and HSE policies
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil construction or maintenance supervision
Experience in large-scale or multi-use facilities (sports, hospitality, or commercial projects preferred)
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents
Good leadership and team management skills
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Familiarity with UAE regulations and site practices
