Job Position: Civil Estimation Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Responsibilities
– Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil and fit-out works
– Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents
– Perform quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs
– Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
– Conduct cost analysis and prepare comparison reports
– Identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities
– Assist in tender submissions, clarifications, and negotiations
– Maintain updated records of project costs and estimation data
Requirements / Qualifications
– 4–5 years of UAE experience as a Civil Estimation Engineer
– Proven experience in construction and fit-out projects
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
– Strong knowledge of UAE market rates and materials
– Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software
– Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
– UAE Driving License is mandatory
– Only candidates with UAE experience and valid driving license will be considered
– Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
