Position: Office Administrator
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (preferred)
Salary: AED 2500
Location: JAFZA, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office administrative activities and ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain and organize records, files, and important documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments to support overall office operations
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence efficiently
• Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing appointments
Requirements:
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and operate independently
• Positive attitude with a strong focus on accuracy and detail
• Must possess a valid UAE residence visa
