Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Graduate in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field
Proven experience in Roads & Infrastructure projects, preferably in the UAE
UAE experience required
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of NOC (No Objection Certificate) processes and approvals in UAE infrastructure projects
Ability to coordinate with government authorities and regulatory bodies
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and documentation abilities
Attention to detail and ability to follow up on approvals
