Requirements:
Strong knowledge of civil construction, materials, and quality standards
Experience in inspection of roads, runways, and infrastructure works
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs
Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and safety standards
Good communication and reporting skills
UAE experience preferred
