Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Educate and train site personnel on safety practices and compliance.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions, preparing reports accordingly.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Maintain safety records and documentation required for compliance.
• Collaborate with project management to minimize hazards and improve safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Safety Officer in construction projects.
• Relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH).
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices.
• Excellent observational and communication skills.
• Ability to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Valid health and safety training certificates.
