Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and plans.
• Conduct inspections and tests on materials, workmanship, and construction processes.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements for compliance.
• Document non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on quality performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards (e.g., ISO, client specifications).
• Conduct supplier and subcontractor evaluations related to quality.
• Provide training and guidance on quality assurance procedures.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection techniques, and testing methods.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor, QA/QC certifications).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
