Project Manager
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the entire lifecycle of interior fit-out projects, from scope development to construction and project closure.
• Develop project schedules ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to allocated budgets. Accurately document and communicate project plans to all stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, implement mitigation plans, and oversee financial goals within set project budgets.
• Coordinate with internal and external project teams, such as architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and furnish progress reports to senior management.
• Uphold project quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
