Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot Windows OS, servers, enterprise applications, and IT peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies.
Support LAN/WAN infrastructure, switches, routers, and VPN systems.
Monitor system performance and ensure IT system availability and security.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support.
Maintain detailed documentation of incidents and technical resolutions.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
4–6 years of experience in IT technical support or system administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and networking.
Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting and system installations.
Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA) are a plus.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Salary: AED 6,000 per month
