Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 support for data integration, BI, and AI platforms.
Manage platforms, user roles, and access controls.
Support deployments across development, test, and production environments.
Monitor data pipelines, batch jobs, workflows, and schedules.
Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
Handle service requests and change management processes.
Maintain operational documentation (SOPs, runbooks, support manuals).
Ensure compliance with security, performance, and data governance standards.
Drive continuous improvement using DataOps, MLOps, and automation practices.

Requirements & Qualifications:
6–8 years of experience in L2/L3 application or production support.
Strong knowledge of data platforms, BI tools, and AI/ML environments.
Hands-on experience with monitoring, job scheduling, and troubleshooting.
Skilled in incident, problem, and change management processes.
Proficiency in SQL and data workflow analysis.
Exposure to DataOps, automation, or MLOps practices.
Preferred: experience with ETL/data integration tools, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and data governance frameworks.

Dubai: AED 18,000–25,000/month
