Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage IT support operations and helpdesk teams
Oversee user support, troubleshooting, and timely issue resolution
Manage hardware, software, and network support across the organization
Ensure system uptime, performance, and reliability
Monitor and improve IT service delivery processes and workflows
Coordinate with external vendors and internal IT teams
Implement best practices for IT support and infrastructure management
Train and mentor IT support staff to improve performance and efficiency
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
5–8 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration
Proven experience in managing IT support teams and operations
Strong knowledge of networking, Windows and Mac systems, and troubleshooting techniques
Familiarity with IT service management tools and frameworks
Salary: AED 14,000 – 20,000 per month
