Position: General Manager – Oil & Gas EPC
Experience: 20+ years in Oil & Gas EPC industry
Qualification: Estimated Qualification like Bachelor Degree holder in Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
Salary: AED 10000 to 15000 (estimated)
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:
• Take full ownership of P&L, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term business value
• Lead business development initiatives to secure high-value EPC projects across the GCC region
• Drive regional expansion strategies and explore opportunities in new and emerging energy sectors
• Oversee execution of complex, large-scale EPC projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including national oil companies and major clients
• Strengthen organizational capabilities and lead transformation initiatives to improve performance

Requirements:
• Minimum 20+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas EPC sector
• Proven track record in delivering large, complex EPC projects successfully
• Strong leadership and strategic management capabilities
• Established network with ADNOC, GCC NOCs, and major industry clients
• Ability to lead organizational transformation and business expansion efforts
• Excellent decision-making, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
