Key Responsibilities
-Handle daily shipment operations for air, sea, and land freight.
-Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents.
-Prepare and verify shipping documents (BL, AWB, invoice, packing list, etc.).
-Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients.
-Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.
-Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
-Maintain accurate records in the system and prepare operational reports.
