Qualifications & Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in construction or site supervision (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use surveying tools.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
