Senior Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, monitor, and control detailed project schedules for roads and infrastructure projects
Coordinate with site teams and project stakeholders to ensure alignment with planned timelines
Track project progress, identify delays, and proactively mitigate risks
Prepare delay analysis, recovery schedules, and time impact assessments
Ensure compliance with RTA reporting standards and project requirements
Utilize Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel for planning and reporting
Analyze project data to provide actionable insights for decision-making
Support project management in maintaining schedule performance and milestones

Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
8–12 years of UAE experience in Roads & Infrastructure or RTA projects
Strong expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel
Solid understanding of construction sequencing and planning methodologies
Working knowledge of FIDIC contracts and RTA reporting standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to interpret project data and provide strategic insights
Excellent communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams

AED 25,000 – AED 40,000 per month (based on senior-level planning roles in UAE infrastructure projects)
