Position: Fleet Maintenance Manager
Experience: Minimum 5 years in fleet maintenance and heavy equipment
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering
Salary: AED 5000 to 10000 (estimated)
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Minimum Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in fleet maintenance and heavy equipment management.
Technical & Operational Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of truck mixers, pumps, generators, compressors, and workshop equipment.
Proven experience in maintaining and repairing heavy machinery, vehicles, and material handling equipment.
Familiarity with earthmoving equipment and industrial maintenance challenges.
Understanding of ready-mix concrete operations and their impact on fleet performance.
Knowledge of UAE RTA regulations related to fleet compliance and road safety.
Strong awareness of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
