Qualifications & Experience:

• B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering with NEBOSH IGC certification.
• Minimum 2 years of HSE experience in the UAE, preferably within Oil & Gas or Construction sectors.
• Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Proven experience in developing HSE documentation, conducting audits, and implementing safety procedures.
• Excellent communication, training, and reporting skills
