Receptionist / Executive Secretary
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Job Description :
• Welcoming and assisting visitors in a professional and courteous manner at the front desk
• Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
• Coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel plans when required
• Handling documentation, filing systems, and maintaining proper records for office use
• Supporting general office administration and ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently
• Maintaining a presentable, professional image while representing the organization
• Multitasking between administrative duties while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar receptionist or executive secretary role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Professional appearance and confident interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently and independently
