Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
3–7 years of experience in cost estimation, quantity surveying, or project bidding
Experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of project estimation, cost control, and quantity take-offs
Ability to prepare accurate budgets, tender documents, and proposals
Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and material costs
Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office tools
Good analytical, numerical, and communication skills
