Requirements:
Relevant experience in construction/engineering projects
Strong knowledge of planning tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project) – for Planning role
Solid experience in cost estimation, tendering, and BOQs – for Estimation role
Proven experience in post-contract activities including variations, claims, and cost control – for QS role
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor project schedules
Prepare cost estimates and support tender submissions
Manage post-contract activities including variations, interim valuations, and final accounts
Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders
Ensure projects are delivered within time and budget
