Roles and Responsibilities:
Plan, organise, and oversee the school’s ECA programme across all relevant year groups
Develop a varied activities schedule that supports student wellbeing, enrichment, and engagement
Coordinate ECA providers, teaching staff, and external coaches/instructors
Manage ECA timetables, registrations, attendance records, and waitlists
Ensure all ECAs comply with safeguarding, health and safety, and school policies
Conduct risk assessments and ensure appropriate supervision levels are in place
Act as the primary point of contact for parents regarding ECA enquiries
Monitor quality and effectiveness of activities and address any concerns promptly
Support budget planning, invoicing, and payments related to ECAs where applicable
Liaise with academic and pastoral teams to ensure alignment with the wider school programme
Organise ECA-related events, showcases, and competitions as required
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for school leadership
Support the Operations team with daily school activities as required, including coordination, supervision, and logistical assistance to ensure the smooth running of school operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Previous experience coordinating activities, programmes, or events in a school or similar environment
Experience managing schedules, multiple stakeholders, and external providers
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external partners
Attention to detail and ability to manage administrative processes efficiently
Confident use of digital systems for scheduling, communication, and record-keeping
